By downloading or using the Linglo app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Linglo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Use of the Service
Linglo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Share your account credentials with others
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at hello@lingloo.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Linglo offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are processed by Apple or Google according to their respective terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play.
5. Content
All stories, vocabulary, and educational content on Linglo are owned by or licensed to Linglo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
6. Gamification
Coins, levels, and streaks earned in Linglo have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Linglo reserves the right to modify or reset gamification data at any time.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings or by contacting us.
8. Limitation of Liability
Linglo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
